Increase Heap in Eclipse

From Eclipse
Project -> Properties->Run/Debug setting -> Edit ->Arguments ->VM arguments (-Xmx256M)

From command line
java -Xms32m -Xmx128m

In Tomcat

Edit bin/Catalania.bat add -Xmx256m to JAVA_OPTS
